A mining project

San Vicente Porphyries is a mining project focused on the extraction, processing, and commercialization of stratified porphyry in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina. The project aims to generate sustainable economic growth, create employment opportunities, and contribute to regional development while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.

The total estimated investment required for implementation and commencement of commercial operations is USD $35.66 million. The investment will be allocated to land acquisition, mining permits, infrastructure development, processing facilities, heavy equipment, transportation, operational support systems, workforce development, and project commissioning.

Geological studies have confirmed significant reserves of high-quality stratified porphyry, supporting economically viable production for more than 50 years. Initial evaluations and extraction tests have demonstrated the material’s quality, uniqueness, and strong potential within domestic and international stone markets.

The project is located at San Vicente Ranch, approximately 175 km north-northeast of Gobernador Gregores, in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina. The site is accessible through the provincial road network and regional air connections, providing strategic access to transportation and logistics infrastructure.

Beyond its economic potential, the project is expected to generate direct and indirect employment, strengthen local supply chains, and promote long-term regional development. Environmental stewardship is a core component of the initiative, with continuous monitoring and mitigation measures designed to minimize environmental impact and ensure responsible resource management throughout the life of the project.
